A hard-working manufacturing firm based in Austin, Texas.  We hit the ground running in 2013 with our direct approach in helping inventors find success in new product development. We offer our clients large or small scale solutions in new industrial designs and project management for contract manufacturing.

Mike once dreamed of running his own design & manufacturing company. He first began machining from a young age and later developed a passion for advanced manufacturing technologies over the years. A Positive Mental Attitude drove his professional growth with powerful engineering software and best practices for precision manufacturing. He's a graduate of a four year Tool & Die Apprenticeship and has 25 years experience in designing and building in a diverse manufacturing disciplines.

Mike oversees the creative direction and business development at Innovative. He also enjoys coaching local youth soccer and organizes community soccer for adults which gives him opportunity to engage in soccer with close friends.

Jim brings 34 years experience as a Tool and Die Maker, Equipment Designer and Mechanical Engineer.  One of only two selected for a special Engineering project in Brazil for IBM, he brings his a multi-lingual, well established good old fashioned know how to our mix.

 

He is a graduate of a prestigious 6400 hour IBM Apprentice Tool & Die School (Manufacturing Engineering Technology) and a fantastic bass player for Rick Brewer's rock band "Train Wreck".

Amanda handles Client and Supplier accounts and manages financial records. Amanda’s eagerness to help and willingness to manage financial matters and talk to anyone and everyone brings a fun and charismatic value add to our respected client/supplier network.

In conjunction with her fondness for good book, she enjoys the soccer pitch for social fitness exercise.

 

Yvonne is exceptionally detailed, organized and a highly accurate business professional well adept to successfully manage multiple projects. Her role in sales and marketing support has been essential in our work history across several business platforms. Her HR management and Sales/Marketing-Client Relations has earned her the "right hand" nickname.

 

She enjoys reading, writing scripts, photography, and posses a killer serve in the lovely sport of tennis!
