Step 2: CAM Programming
Innovative offers complete services in all phases of development. We have some of the best industry knowledge and offer unique access to specialist expertise and programming tools.
We have over twenty four years CAD/CAM/CNC programming experience supplying programs for 2, 3, and 4 axis mills, lathes and Wire-EDM machines. We offer custom fixture design & program support, CNC programming for complex 3D surfaces, high volume production with full documentation for seamless communication for operators at many different levels.
We offer full support during the setup and 1st article to ensure program success and optimizations are integrated. We support most CAD file types. When no CAD exists, we’ll generate models from the print to generate programs for your project. "Hot job" rush service is welcomed to fulfill your immediate needs.
Step 3: Manufacturing
We at Innovative are expert CNC machining,
helping our clients bring simplicity to their most complex strategic challenges and build beautiful, precision components at competitive prices. Experience with exotic tooling, hard steels, tight tolerances & holding critical flatness requirements via precision machining and grinding. Repeat orders receive lower prices and minimize errors with our JIT, (just-in-time methodologies) and File System Management to help companies with their ISO requirements.
